ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

ORACLE 不能启动了， 提示ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
该系统已经运行了多年，不存在系统参数问题。

ORACLE_BASE=/ora11g/product
$ pwd
/ora11g/product
$ find . -size 1000k
$


也不存在很大的LOG文件。或者其他很大的文件。


startupmount错误提示也是03113
startupforce   错误提示也是一样

请问各位从哪里下手阿？？？

查看alert日志，获取方法：
sqlplus / as sysdba
sho parameter background---会返回一个路径
进入该路径后
vi alter_$ORACLE_SID.log，查看最近的错误信息
