谁知道change management的具体内容?工作流程是怎样的,哪里可以有这方面的中文资料下载?回复 #1 zbc0411 的帖子
一般这也属于配置管理员(CM)的工作范畴.CM属于CCB中的一员.当有新的需求,或者功能需要加到项目中去的时候,CCB就要开会.决定是否要加,什么时候加,
加到哪个版本当中去.
当CCB决定需要加的时候,这个时候CM就会针对CCB作出的决定在配置管理工具中给相应人员访问相应代码的权力.
通过这一串流程,对change进行了管理,概括后就是change management
大概就是这个样子,可能有不对的地方,还请指正.

我这里有个职位,帮我看看是不是你说的CM,另外,CCB是指什么?学习一下,呵呵
Job Responsibility:
-Act as focal point for request for change, change scheduling and coordination, impact/risk assessment, approvals, post implementation reviews and tracking and reporting
-Ensure Project Managers, Developers, Technical Supports follow all Change Management policies as defined in First Data Standard Operating Procedures to reduce defects
-Ensure all changes are properly documented, categorized, planned, tested, communicated and the appropriate roll back plans are in place
-Establish ITIL based process to manage all Change that affect the production environments ensuring strict compliance to internal and rd party audit requirements
-Oncall and UAT/Production environment implementation
Job Requirements:
-B.S. of E.E, Computer Science or equivalent. Post Graduate studies in Change Management would be highly preferable
-A minimum 4-5 years experience in organization change management for payment solution, banking etc.
-Demonstrated hands-on experience and capacity to design and implement change leadership, communication and organization/job design activities
-Ability to evaluate system/software changes and determines impact to departmental processes
-Strong Interpersonal and communication skills and the ability effectively interact with a wide variety of people
-Independent, Responsible and accountable
-On call support
-Applicants certified in ITIL is an advantage
-Capacity to perform change leadership, communication and organization/job design activities
-Ability to work on projects as both a team leader and individual contributor.
-Accepts and endorses goals, directives, policies, and actions of higher management—avoiding transparency. Ability to effectively manage conflicts
-Highly developed written, oral communication and presentation skills (both English and Mandarin are required)
-Limited travel
-Change requestor such as technical team members including application, mainframe system, open system, network and security, etc.
-Project Manager
-Change management team members
-Deployment team members in US Australia, etc.
-Applicants certified in ITIL is an advantage
-Training at change management area was an advantage

CCB是指Change Control Board,变更管理委员会但是好像和你这个不同.你这个是软件研发上纯粹的change management么?感觉不像.因为配置管理上的Change Management很少和ayment solution, banking etc打交道.
