dblist 是看當前online上Database信息：

dbsfree 是看dbspace信息

syslocks 是看當前online lock情況
Report on locks for an Informix online engine database
1 = dbsname/tablename
2 = owner name
3 = waiter name
0 = Exit this program
Sort by (1,2,3,0)
