Position Summary:
Pre-sales consultant who are strong individual contributor who have good tech and sales knowledge.The consultants will be hands on to do pre-sales work such as tech presentation and POC to test and convince customers the strengths of Greenplum product and work together with sales people to close deals.
The consultants should preferably have strong foundation in DB and DW/BI and of course with Linux system background as well.
Requirements:
Primary Skills
* SQL, Database administration of at least one RDBMS (i.e. Oracle,TeraData,Sybase,DB2,PostgreSQL,MySQL).
* BI middleware (i.e. SAP BO,Oracle BIEE,Actuate,Cognos,)
* knowledge of Java/JavaEE design patterns.
Secondary Skills
* Data mining (i.e. SAS,SPSS)
* ETL （i.e.Informatica,GoldenGate）.
* MPP computing, Cloud computing.

* 2-5 years SQL,DBMS
* 2-5 years BI Development
* 2-5+ years BI System Architecture
