之后可以正常使用。
环境：debian backport安装的5.1.45-1 。
这个是怎么会事呢？如何解决掉？

好像是来自/etc/mysql/debian-start。

是来自/etc/mysql/my.conf这个文件，里面有一句关于utf8的配置项，关闭就好了。

我的机器上是：character-set-server = utf8 这个配置项，注释掉就没有了。。
