芬兰软件公司北京招聘Ruby工程师和高级系统工程师

EfiCode是一家成立于2005年，总部设在芬兰首都赫尔辛基的软件公司。经过几年的发展，公司已经从开始只有6个人的小团队，发展到如今70人，年营业额超过500万欧元（折合约5千万人民币），利润率达30%的高端中型企业。由于EfiCode出色的运营业绩，芬兰权威的企业评级机构于2008，2009和2010连续三年给公司颁发了“the strongest in Finland”和“AAA级企业”的荣誉。

公司目前正在北京开设EfiCode中国分公司，希望找到热爱程序设计，有创业精神，愿意成为公司核心骨干并且在未来带领团队的人才，来加入EfiCode这个朝气蓬勃的公司。

公司现有如下职位：

Ruby on rails developers (x2)
Primary Location: China - Beijing
Salary: 12k RMB per month
Qualifications & experience:
To be successful in this role, you should

[*]Have more than three years software development experience[*]Have more than one year Ruby on Rails development experience[*]Be familiar with unit testing, familiarity of TDD (test driven development) is a plus[*]Be familiar with version management systems (GIT, Mercurial, SVN), longtime hands-on experience of one or more version management systems is a plus[*]Be familiar with database programming, master at least one commonly used database[*]Have knowledge of scrum, or any other Agile process[*]Be fluent in both written and oral English


Senior system engineer (x1)
Primary Location: China - Beijing
Salary: 10k - 12k RMB per month
Qualifications & experience:
To be successful in this role, you should

[*]Have more than three years experience of Linux/Unix system administration[*]Be familiar with IPTables firewall[*]Be familiar with Web servers (apache, Nginx, etc.)[*]Have very strong capability of Shell scripting[*]Familiarity with chef or chef solo is a plus[*]Familiarity with version control systems is a plus[*]Familiarity with large scale database management and maintenance is a plus[*]Be fluent in both written and oral English

因为我们正在发展中国分公司，所以我们可以给员工提供一个很好的发展平台，公司的策略就是将第一批员工培养为技术核心骨干，然后围绕着这批员工扩大公司规模。所以很可能这些员工经过短短几年的发展，就可以成为带领团队的经理或者lead architect。

或许是真的，或许是假的，大多数中国的企业老板都这么说。
之前一家公司老板说，等我们有一万人的时候，你们就是那一万中的一千人。公司刚成立的时候才200多号人，等公司差不多一万人的时候，我们整个部门都快被砍掉了。能帮公司赚大钱的部门才是公司的核心。
