Basic Qualifications- Must be a proven top performer that enjoys challenging assignments in a dynamic and fast growing workplace.
- Active team player to be able to work with different functional groups within the organization.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organization skills to effectively resolve Production issues in a timely manner.
- 2+ years of experience (or equivalent) as a software developer, with experience of one or more of the following areas: Data Warehouse ETL batch process design and development, production support of complex and large scale environment.
- Knowledge of DW and ETL technology (UC4, shell scripts, Teradata, and/or Ab-initio).
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Strong development skill on web development using Coldfusion, Javascript, PHP etc.
- Strong knowledge of scripting in UNIX Shell, Perl or other scripting languages.
- Good English skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and business analysts in China, India and the US.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies.
- BS degree in Computer Science or other technical fields.
