BU Description ：
Information Management(IM) Division is building competitive and technology enablement teams in worldwide. The team will aggressively approach clients with Data Management portfolio as the primary weapon, support competitive analysis, proof of concept and migration of customer solutions to IM products. The IM technology enablement team at China Development Lab(CDL) is one part of the worldwide organization.
Job Responsibilities：
The candidate will serve as database solution architect from IBM lab to work with major accounts in telecom, in particular, to support customer's development team to develop solutions on top of IBM's IM product portfolio. The candidate should have strong communication and customer facing experience, can influence client's management and solution teams in the architecture and implementation of joint solutions.
Working on customer site in Shen Zhen is expected.
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)：
At least 8 years experience in database technology or application development
Certified in DB2 or Oracle is required
Superb knowledge in application development across multiple environment, such as Linux, Unix and Windows operating systems
Broad know how and real project experience with multiple software architectures and development environments
Have knowledge and experience of data warehouse and business intelligence for telecom solution is preferred
Familiar with IBM IM product portfolio is a plus
Able to communicate most complex technical decisions to business clients and account teams
Strong leadership, self-motivated, quick learner and with strong problem solving ability
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in both Chinese and English.
