安装membase，用telnet测试时，进不去

安装membase后，想测试一下，telnet localhost 11211，显示：

escape character is '^]'
connection closed by foreign host

进不去呀，这是为啥？我的防火墙已经关了。而且telnet服务应该已经启动了。
