无牙大哥，求救！请问下Puredisk的服务是什么？

Puredisk的服务器挂了，重启后，发现备份报错，代码为213。

打开Storeage manager中的Puredisk属性时，提示如下：


所以怀疑是Puredisk服务没起来，求高手们帮忙，谢谢了！

的确没有启动，但启动的时候报错，有什么办法没有？
