<P>Alcon的官方网站将Alcon 3描述为“面向ActionScript开发者的一个轻量级调试工具，提供直接且快捷的方法来调试任何ActionScript 2或ActionScript 3应用，无论这些ActionScript是来自于Web浏览器、独立的Flash Player还是AIR运行时都没有问题。”只要是支持<A title="Adobe AIR" href="http://www.adobe.com/products/air/"><FONT color=#3d81ee>Adobe AIR</FONT></A>的平台都可以运行Alcon，使用Alcon的同时还可以结合<A id=uawd title=Flex编译器 href="http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Flex+SDK"><FONT color=#3d81ee>Flex编译器</FONT></A>、<a href="http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/" target="_blank"><FONT color=#3d81ee>Flash IDE</FONT></A>或者<a href="http://www.mtasc.org/" target="_blank"><FONT color=#3d81ee>MTASC</FONT></A>。</P>
