update statistics high报错，请大虾提出解决思路

对数据库执行update statistics high
报如下错误：

211: Cannot read system catalog (systables).
   113: ISAM error:the file is locked.

对整个库做高优？那样建议分成对单个表做统计更新，不行的话lock wait设置大点。
