SUN U45 的CPU 可以放在U25的主板上吗？

如题，我这里有个老机U25，新来的U45的机器，拆了个CPU ，不知道，可以用在U25上面吗？U25的机器，报CPU错误，确诊了。希望，那个好心人告诉下。谢谢了。

U25的CPU配置:
Number：One，The processor communicates with the system I/O through the 167MHz Jbus interface.
Architecture：1.34GHz UltraSPARC IIIi
Cache memory：1MB Level 2

U45的CPU配置：
Number：Up to two (maximum)，Both processors communicate with each other and the system I/O through the 200MHZ Jbus interface, which operates at a bandwidth of 3.2Gbit per second.
Architecture：1.6GHz UltraSPARC IIIi
Cache memory：1MB Level 2
