Linux 提示FSCK,怎么处理

file system not properly shutdown,begining file system repair
bad super block:trashed values in super block
use -b option to fsck to specify location of an alternate
super-block to supply needed information;see fsck(1M)
unexpected inconsistency:run fask manually
could not fix file SYSTEM fsck -P,run fask interactively!
logging in as root FOR MANUAL fsck,enter ^D WHEN FILE SYSTEM FIXED

大家给我看看，不知道怎么去用命令，本人绝对小菜鸟，麻烦大家详细知道下。

根据目前的提示得到的信息是文件系统非正常关闭了，导致有超级块坏了，能进系统下的话，对文件系统fsck下。。
