solaris NFS权限的问题

server端：
    # /usr/sbin/share -F nfs -o rw=T5140 /mnt/

client端：
   # mount $IP:/mnt /mnt
   创建文件失败
   # touch /mnt/aaa
   touch: cannot create aa: Permission denied

为什么，难道只有rw=参数还不够，还需要其他参数吗
