MQ安装报错AMQ7077

在安装MQ时报错，
   # ./crtmqm res_qm
    AMQ7077: You are not authorized to perform the requested operation.
将root用户变成mqm组成员      
   vi /etc/group
      mqm:x:1100:mquser,root
      staff:x:1200:mquser,root
后依然报错AMQ7077
