这个的账号要与公司账号绑定，而且公司是需要是partner

需要partner账户就很恶心了，handbook我有4.3的版本，就是觉得在自己电脑上使用不方便，随时想在线使用。
不行就只有自己搭建个Http，只要工作环境中随时能局域网在线使用就行了。
