Cause
Due to Bugs 17628036 and 17995236, this issue can occur in the following releases:
SPARC Platform:
• Solaris 10 with Kernel Patch 150400-01 or later.
• Solaris 11 SRU 9.5 or later
x86 Platform:
• Solaris 10 with Kernel Patch 150401-01 or later
• Solaris 11 SRU 9.5 or later
Solution
No patch is currently available through My Oracle Support.An IDR is available through the normal support channels.
