apache配置问题

HyperTextTransfer Protolcol
    Post /cgi-bin/test.cgi   HTTP/1.1\r\n
http://192.168.1.2/cgi-bin/test.cgi]

我想通过.htaccess配置把cgi-bin/test.cgi改成testapp，这样客户端请求就变成了
http://192.168.1.2/testapp
请问如何修改
