named为什么不能监听在0.0.0.0上？

RHEL6.2   bind 9.7.3

named.conf中，以下设置的话，listen-on port 53 { any; };
或
#listen-on port 53 { any; };会监听eth0和lo的IP，]# netstat -nal|grep :53\
tcp      0      0 192.168.80.128:53         0.0.0.0:*                   LISTEN
tcp      0      0 127.0.0.1:53                0.0.0.0:*                   LISTEN
udp      0      0 192.168.80.128:53         0.0.0.0:*
udp      0      0 127.0.0.1:53                0.0.0.0:*
问题是，bind问什么不像ssh那样监听0.0.0.0呢？
如果listen-on port 53 { 0.0.0.0; };
的话，log中会出现not listening on any interfaces
且没有端口被监听。
