你应该用的是这款SG-SAS6-R-INT-Z RAID HBA，需要查看一下raid controller的状态，硬盘的状态, raid controller的log
arcconf你应该懂得。
需要查看一下ilom有没有对应的日志，如果没有，且确认server没有硬盘问题实际，那么reset ilom看看。
最好在这之前到MY ORACLE SUPPORT里面确认是否有ilom/raid hba的bugs? 硬盘状态是好的，因为换过新硬盘，当前状态是热备。
