F4800 更换CPU板

使用 DR 热交换 CPU/内存板
1. 使用 DR 从域中取消 CPU/内存板的配置并断开连接。
请参阅《Sun Fire 中型系统 Dynamic Reconfiguration 用户指南》。
2. 检验板上 LED 的状态。
请参阅《Sun Fire 6800/4810/4800/3800 Systems Service Manual》或
《Sun Fire E6900/E4900 Systems Service Manual》中有关 CPU/内存板的章节。
3. 拆卸和更换板。
请参阅《Sun Fire 6800/4810/4800/3800 Systems Service Manual》或
《Sun Fire E6900/ E4900 Systems Service Manual》中有关 CPU/内存板的章节。
4. 打开板的电源:
SC 主机名:SC> poweron 板名称
其中，板名称为 sb0-sb5 或 ib6-ib9。
5. 使用 showboards 命令检查板上安装的固件版本：
SC 主机名:SC> showboards -p version
新更换板的固件版本必须与系统控制器的固件兼容。
6. 如果用以替换的板或部件的固件版本与系统控制器的固件不兼容，请使用
flashupdate -c 命令从当前域中的另一块板上更新固件。
有关命令语法的说明，请参阅《Sun Fire Midrange System Controller Command Reference Manual》中的 flashupdate 命令。
7. 使用 DR 将板重新连接至域并进行配置。
请参阅《Sun Fire 中型系统 Dynamic Reconfiguration 用户指南》。
8. 检验板上 LED 的状态。

热交换cpu/内存板
Note – Hot-swapping is initiated by the user by pressing the card’s ejector lever
fully while the card is inserted; or by disengaging the ejector lever partially before
the card is removed. The operator does not need to issue any commands to perform
a hot swap. Hot-plugging, on the other hand, is accomplished using the cfgadm
command.
用户在插入卡的同时完全按下弹出杆即可启动热交换；可以通过在拆除卡前使弹出杆部分脱落来启动。操作员不需要发出任何命令来执行热交换。另一方面，热交换是通过使用cfgadm命令来实现。
1、在Solaris下查看板卡ID（ap_id）
# cfgadm -l -s "select=class(sbd)"
2、佩戴静电腕带
3、将板从域中分离并切断板卡电源。
# cfgadm -c disconnect ap_id
4、检查LED灯状态。确保电源灯灭，热插拔灯亮。
5、硬件的拆除和安装，参照Sun Fire 6800/4810/4800/3800 Systems Service Manual.
6、安装完成后，将板卡设置回Solaris。
# cfgadm -c configure ap_id

更换CPU/内存板
在拔出板卡后，必须在1分钟内插入新板卡，以防设备温度过高。
板卡可以在开机时插入到设备中，但是除非通过DR或重新初始化和重启

只能在DR disabled板卡的时候移除。
To disable the Autoconfiguration feature, use the following command:cfgadm -x disable_autoconfig ap_id. To re-enable Autoconfiguration, use the following command: cfgadm -x enable_autoconfig ap_id.
1、 移除板卡。
2种方式
通过Sun Fire Midrange Systems Platform Administration Manual poweroff 板卡
如果板卡被操作系统使用，标记板卡为removed状态DR它出domain。Sun Fire Midrange Systems Dynamic Reconfiguration User Guide completeprocedures before removing the I/O assembly.
2、 戴静电手环
3、 准备静电垫子
4、 用螺丝刀松卡口
5、 手动让卡扣和板卡成90度。
6、 移除板卡
7、 把板卡放到静电垫子上。
准备插入板卡
1、 戴上静电腕带
2、 检查板卡有无损坏
安装板卡
1、 移除挡板
2、 确保板卡卡扣在打开状态（与板卡成90度）
3、 轻柔的沿着卡槽插入板卡
4、 拧紧卡扣
5、 通过下面两种方法重新配置卡扣。

换过E4900的内存，不过是关机换的，如果在线换的话，这个CPU板如果正在使用的话你需要把他的资源暂存到文件里去，然后在把这个板踢出来更换，好像很麻烦没这么换过。 kwtip 发表于 2015-07-24 13:45 static/image/common/back.gif

我的cpu已经failed了。所以应该不牵扯资源问题。 先把板子从系统里踢出来，然后在poweroff SB板，好像还得从domain里移出吧，插入新板poweron加电然后在系统里cfgadm -v -c configure SB板，会自动加入domain自检然后配置到系统里，给你一个E4900扩CPU的日志，扩上后内存有问题，换的时候是关机换的，没有在线搞过。
