- Software design experience
- Good at C/C++ programming under Unix
- If having Java experience, it's good.
- Understanding of software configuration and testing
- Experience to develop software in Clearcase.
- Basic knowledge of mobile telecommunication system. If having WCDMA or TD-SCDMA development background, it is better.
- Basic capability on writing/oral English
- Good teamwork
-University Bachelor or Master Degree of any of the following: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering with more than one year experience in related field is required.
-Hands on experience on Assembly language, or C/C++ and/or Java.
-Good knowledge in Software Engineering.
-Good knowledge in Linux and Unix (Solaris).
-Good knowledge in WCDMA systems.
-Good English communication skills (both in written and verbal), able to express own thinking clearly.
-Ability to learn new technology quickly and apply to work tasks.
-Innovative and solution thinking abilities.
-Open minded and willing to accept challenges.
-Can work independently, easy to work with and strong team work spirit
-Previous experience in AXE platform has priority
-Previous experience in software upgrade has priority
-Previous experience in OSS has priority
-Previous knowledge of PLEX design, FT or HW is a plus
