Consider decreasing the 'user log cache size'
configuration parameter if it is greater than the
logical database page size.

注意这个建议
另外你的sybase分配的内存是多少，机器的内存是多少
default data cache 配置的又是多少？

内存足够
1、把消耗CPU的查询找出来，优化。
2、增加CPU
