HP-UX操作系统下在线扩展文件系统实验成功
操作系统为BOE环境,默认是不带OnLineJFS套件,必须额外安装。
[/]#swlist | grep -i hpux11i
HPUX11i-BOE B.11.31.0809 HP-UX Base Operating Environment
安装OnLineJFS过程如下:
1)上传安装包到目标主机
[~]$ ls -l
总用量 349980
-rw-r--r-- 1 test test 129229616 2月 14 17:32 MirrorDisk.tar.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 test test 228786074 2月 13 16:53 OnLineJFS.tar.gz
[~]$
[~]$ ftp xx.xx.xx.xx
2)把OnLineJFS.tar.gz解压到/tmp/OnLineJFS目录下
[/]#ls -l /tmp/OnLineJFS
total 304
dr-x------ 2 root sys 96 Feb 13 15:51 B3929EA
dr-x------ 2 root sys 96 Feb 13 15:51 Base-VXFS
dr-x------ 2 root sys 96 Feb 13 15:51 FEATURE11i

3)安装
[/]#swinstal -s /tmp/OnLineJFS
4)查看安装是否成功
[/]#swlist | grep -i online
B3929EA B.11.31 HP OnLineJFS (Server)

下面以在线扩展/home文件系统为例说明操作过程:
1)查看/home文件系统对应的LV名称
[/]#bdf /home
Filesystem kbytes used avail %used Mounted on
/dev/vg00/lvol4 262144 5792 254360 2% /home
2)查看/dev/vg00/lvol4大小
[/]#lvdisplay /dev/vg00/lvol4 | grep "LV Size"
LV Size (Mbytes) 256
从上面结果可知,/dev/vg00/lvol4逻辑卷大小为256M,现在要扩展到320M
3)先扩展/dev/vg00/lvol4
[/]#lvextend -L 320 /dev/vg00/lvol4
Logical volume "/dev/vg00/lvol4" has been successfully extended.
Volume Group configuration for /dev/vg00 has been saved in /etc/lvmconf/vg00.conf
4)查看LV是否已扩展到320M
[/]#lvdisplay /dev/vg00/lvol4 | grep "LV Size"
LV Size (Mbytes) 320
5)扩展/home文件系统
[/]#fsadm -F vxfs -b 320M /home
vxfs fsadm: V-3-23585: /dev/vg00/rlvol4 is currently 262144 sectors - size will be increased
注:其中的32M是扩展后整个文件系统的大小,也就是LV的大小。
6)查看/home文件系统是否已扩展到320M
[/]#bdf /home
Filesystem kbytes used avail %used Mounted on
/dev/vg00/lvol4 327680 5800 319376 2% /home
由上可知,在线扩展成功。

pvdisplay可以看到PE的分布情况,3楼的朋友应该就是把lvol3相邻的lvol4清出来后再扩的/吧,我觉得可行,回头也做个实验试试
