Description
Crucial to service delivery, you'll be involved with the supporting of key customer's IT products, including Switch, Router, and other network equipment. You'll also run on-site/remote diagnostics and proactive service delivery, expertise in Cisco products, checkpoint products, supports account service managers in daily operation. As experienced technical expert, Network SME should understand customer’s IT environment well and help customer build up/maintain a high availability system, and also, he/she will response customer immediately in case any abnormal thing happened, to fix the problem quickly through closely teamwork and strongly technical skill.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree based on a technical/scientific discipline
• 6 years of work experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Analytical problem-solving skills, consulting skill
• Knowledge management skills: creation and re-use of intellectual capital
• Flexibility and willingness to participate in non-standard working models (e.g. on-call availability, etc.)
• Team player and teamwork: ability and willingness to motivate and support other engineers
Technical Profile:
• Cisco experience is a must; CCIE or CCNP preferred.
• At least CCNA certification.
• Checkpoint fire wall experience is a must.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Oral fluency and written skills in English.
