I would like to help, but the question is fairly vague. Can you clarify? For example, where is the "agenda" that must synchronize with "our Lotus Notes calendar" reside? What platform, notes? sql? oracle? ms project? Also, when you say "our Lotus Notes calendar", the work our denotes multiple users, but you specify "calendar" in the singular - is there one group calendar that must synchronize with the "agenda" or does the "agenda" system need to synchronize with multiple calendars - based on the user involved? I am sure there is more that could be asked, but this is a good place to start.
