这篇文章中提到带宽管理需要重新编译内核，在编译配置中选择Kernel/User netlink socket，但是我发现在kernel2.4.20的linux下的内核编译选项中并没有该选项，不知道kernel2.4.20下做带宽管理是否还需要重新编译内核？
另外我在没有编译内核的情况下使用tc命令建立cbq队列来进行带宽管理，设置之后在屏幕上出现几行一模一样的提示：
CBQ: class 00010002 has bad quantum==0, repaired.
