Position: Developer for SAP ERP Financial
Team: ERP Financials Development Center China
Location: SAP Labs China, Shanghai
Short description:

Positioning itself as a Lab of Excellence, SLC is building a customer focused and scalable organization that will create a supportive environment for its developers to achieve the excellent quality product expected of SAP.
As a role of software developer, you are going to work in a development team for one of the most successful ERP products in the world: SAP ERP. Working closely together with the most experienced colleagues in SAP ERP, the developers in Shanghai are responsible for the solution for Core ERP product, including the new generation of Work Center, Reporting, an intuitive Travel Management, Master Data Management. For Industry Public Sector we provide Financial Solutions Budget Control System, Tax and Revenue Management; we also provide accounting solution for Industry Utility/Telecom/Media and Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for development of standard solution according to the SAP development life cycle with close cooperation among SAP development teams worldwide. For examples, you will deliver design paper, implement/coding the solution, test, maintain etc.; and become responsible for all these activities.
Provide support for product implementation, which will include testing in customer-like environments, documentation and production preparation.
Support customers including problem analysis and providing solutions for continuous improvement.
Key requirements:
University degree or equivalent
At least 2-3 years development experience and good skills
Concrete Object-Oriented programming knowledge
Good knowledge of business software development
Good understanding of the software development life cycle
Fluent English both in written and oral
Good performer, ability to deliver on time and ensure quality
Experience in ABAP programming, Web Dynpro, User Interface, Financials area etc. is a plus
