Job title: ISS ASM (ISS Account support manager)

Account team is for enterprise account support, it's an importante role to get customer loyalty by working with Account Sales Mgr and leading Service delivery team. Industry knowledge is a key factor for us to understand customer Business&IT alignment and requirement.
ASM will be responsible for service delivery mgmt in key accounts in East China, your business is the service of enterprise ISS product (Blade Server and Storage). The objective of your job is to lead a team to deliver qualified service and get customer satisfaction in major account, at the same time, you also need to take care service business in your account.
R&R
make a clear account strategy and take a overall picture in your account
manage service delivery in key account, including service planning, proactive service delivery (Linux/Windows platform), handle hot case and escalation management
lead a virtual account support team to serve customer better
you will own customer satisfaction and loyalty, it is the mainly measurement
handle customer high level relationship timely
generate HPS business in your account, such as service contract etc.
provide sales engagement with sales force.
cooperate with internal resource effectively to meet target
use ITSM methodology, deliver consultative topic to your customer as a trusted advisor
Qulification
Requirement:
2-3Y working experience in IT industry , at least 1 years in customer service(enterprise market), project management, after-sales support etc.
Linux, Windows, VMWare technical background is preferred
strongly communication skill is very important, presentation skill
willing to learn
have the capability that can meet biz target under high pressure
global company background is better
consultative knowledge and experience is good
a broad range of IT knowledge in enterprise solution, familiar with PC Server, Blade product and service, or VMWare.

Preferred Bachelor degree major in Computer or EE.
