标题: Legato networker 7.3 新加的磁带无法label，求助 [打印本页]

标题: Legato networker 7.3 新加的磁带无法label，求助
带库正常联机，就是新加的磁带做label往备份池里加的时候，总是报错，

错误信息如下：

呵呵，当然贴了，你看我贴出的信息，25槽到36槽的AAT190L3到AAT199L3就是磁带的标签啊

高人来了，这个错误信息我是揣摩了半天也没想出头绪，这个networker 7.3 在客户这用了快2年了，磁带也换了近百盒了，以前也出过各种问题，但这次的问题很古怪，我把networker控制台出现的异常也贴出来了

重启主机？

重启备份服务器主机、重启带库，昨天都已经试过了，有时候出现问题，重启确实管用，但这次不灵了

随便点一个磁带机，右键--属性--高级--CDI--改成not used
试试

公共设备接口 (CDI) 允许 NetWorker 服务器将命令发送到磁带设备。启用 CDI 功能可使 NetWorker 软件收集更有用的诊断信息，并且便于使用磁带。
之前我也以为禁用它有用，查了资料才发觉这个动作基本可以忽略。
启用了，日志里会报一些小错误。比如哪个磁带发现快坏了。

看到了CDI，把CDI关了？默认是scsi command？

device configuration默认是scsi commands,选中CDI not used,再次LABEL磁带，仍然失败，出现下面的错误

如果只是这盘磁带有问题，那可能是磁带坏了{:2_174:}

磁带没问题，在带库液晶操作面板上手工把那盘label失败的磁带move到driver里，在客户端主机上tar cvf /dev/rmt/2m /etc 测试，tar操作顺利完成，应该是备份软件出现故障，在备份软件控制台的存储节点目录下，两个driver上都出现了扳手，就是不知道怎么修复，见下图

扳手的是HP的LTO3的驱动器，你现在用是不是昆腾的？

新版本直接删了重扫重配。

买的是SUN C4的带库，显示出来是昆腾PX500的，2个驱动器是HP LTO3的，这些厂家真会O，我直接删除了重新配会不会以前做的备份都给废了，能否说清楚点

不是，你要配了扳手之后再删，扳手是删不了的。
