BI Product Testing Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Study BI products;
2. Design test plan and deliver test report as required.
3. Install and deploy products and any involved third-party software;
4. Design and/or follow test cases according to test plan as needed;
5. Perform functionality test focusing on software internationalization check list;
6. Enter defects for problems found and track the defects. Assistant the developer to fix the defects;
7. Perform regression test for fixed defects;
8. Share the testing experiences and technical skills internally;
9. Communicate with tester and/or developer in US;
Technical Requirements:
Any one of the following three backgrounds will be accepted:
1) Software Testing
• Strong software testing experiences;
• Familiar with testing process;
• Good capability to design test cases and deliver test plan, test report;
• Good ability to enter and track defects;
• Above 2 years on software testing;
2) Software Development
• Familiar with Microsoft .Net framework or Java development;
• Good understanding of software development process and software engineering;
• Above 2 years on software development;
3) BI Project Development
• Familiar with one of BI software such as ETL, OLAP, Report Rendering;
• Good understanding of Data Warehouse and BI knowledge;
• Above 2 years on BI projects;
Qualifications:
1. Passionate and responsible for software quality;

3. Strong ability of quick-learning, problem analyzing and solving.
4. Good team-working and cross group collaboration;
5. Able to work independently and actively with minimal supervision;

7. Bachelor's degree or above on Computer Science or related subjects.
Strong Preferences for Qualifications:
1. Experienced with I18N and L10N development and/or testing;
2. BI Project experiences for Telecom, Mobile Communication, Bank or Insurance;

Platform Testing Engineer
Description:
This individual will work with oversea testers and developers to make sure products internationalization ready.
Duties:
• Develop test plan, test cases as needed
• Run cases on hosts supported and report problem found
• In-depth analysis on problem, coordinate with developers to solve it
• Deliver test report as needed
• Test environment setup and maintenance
• Share the testing experiences and technical skills internally
Qualifications
• Strong software testing experience
• Communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Good knowledge on C/C++, Java, Shell program or Perl
• Experience with UNIX or z/OS
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field
• Good command of English on reading, writing and speaking
Preferences
•I18N/L10N development and/or testing experience
• Experience with BI
• Experience or familiarity with OLAP technologies and Microsoft MDX
• Experience with testing automation

Responsibilities:
•Test analytics products for data mining, forecasting, etc.
•Test BI solutions for Financial Management, Performance Management, Risk Management, etc.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in computer science or statistics;
•More than 3 years of direct experience in software development/testing using Java/J2EE;
•Excellent problem solving skills and an ability to drive tasks to completion on schedule;
•Self-motivated to learn new technologies that will be pertinent to projects;
•Familiar with at least two of the following platforms: Windows, Linux, Solaris and AIX;
•Good verbal and written communication skills;
•Ability to work independently and with a team.
Preferences:
•Experience with BI (ETL, OLAP, Reporting) or ERP systems;
•Experience with Banking, Government, or Retail industry.
This individual will work with a development team to develop a web based application.
Duties:
•Write Java/Flex code.
•Maintain the existing product code.

Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in quantitative field, preferably Computer Science.
•Four years of experience developing software using Java/Flex.
•Experience with J2EE and Swing
•Experience with XML, XSLT, and XML schema
•Experience with Spring Remoting and Spring-WS.
•Good English communication skills including writing and speaking.
Preferences:
•Experience with Flex
•Experience with Hibernate
•Experience with Object Oriented Design using UML
•Experience with Databases, such as Oracle, MySQL, and DB2.
•Experience in software development and build tools, such as Eclipse and ANT.
