i don'w know how to do what you said.

in general.a cracker doesn't modify your files on your web server.because it is easy for us to find out them.

a cracker who enter your server usually add other new website on your web server to steal some netizens.

they impossible damage your executable files.you can use chrootkit to check your executable files.
