泰克通信公司(www.tektronix.com)：上海
Software Engineer (C++ Developer)--5人
1、硕士3年以上电信行业软件开发背景，也就是要对无线协议等有概念；
2、在Linux环境下用C++熟练的编程经验（一定要做过C++开发项目，自己coding的）；
3、熟悉通信方面的2G,3G等通信协议(如SS7, GPRS, UMTS, VoIP等)；熟悉TCP/IP网络协议；
4、英文口语暂时不做要求，但是读写一定要好，因为公司内部都是通过英文邮件往来的；

Java Specialist--12人
1、做界面设计的，精通Swing/Flex/JST/JavaScript；
2、有点通信方面的背景,不需要太强,但需要做过一点,或者邮电类院校毕业的；
3、有大容量数据系统处理经验；
4、在Linux/Unix操作系统上有一些经验；
5、2年以上开发经验，读写有要求，口语不要求；

Software Test Engineer--7人
1、3年以上测试工作经验，通信行业，对NGN/RMS比较熟悉；
2、必须：对测试的process比较了解，要对测试有big picture，不能只懂一点点的东西，对单元测试，集成测试，系统测试等都有了解，了解开发平台和环境；
3、对协议熟悉，这个很宽泛，可以熟悉2G/3G的协议，比如LTE UMTS 等等，核心网协议精通最好了；
4、熟悉Linux，Unix环境，对于shell script 等脚本熟悉，能够在Unix环境下判断简单问题；
5、英语听读写要OK，口语能沟通最好；

Data Warehouse Developer--1人
1、5年以上工作经验，最好有点通信背景,不要求很强；
2、有大容量数据处理经验；
3、非常熟悉ETL；
4、有research的能力,要有Solution Design的能力；

6、英文听说读写能力要尽量好；

1、工作年限：8年以上工作经验；
2、技术方面：有很强的C/C++/Java coding能力，精通TCP/IP网络协议和通信技术(可以看做网络安全,网络管理,网络协议分析的人)，是技术方面的专家；
3、语言方面：英语听说读写都要OK，工作中要与美国的Team经常沟通；
4、沟通能力方面：要有良好的客户沟通能力,能分析和引导客户的需求；
5、能管理小团队；
6、最好有CCIE和PMBOK认证；
