在网上查了一圈下来，方法都尝试过了不行。不知道是操作系统的问题。安装在window操作系统下。
ldapsearch.exe -h ip -p 389 -D "cn=Directory Manager" -w 12345678 -b "o=xxx.cn, o=isp" uid=*
报错：ldap_bind: Invalid credentials

试试使用简单认证

试一试加 -x 这个参数。另外，我怀疑你那个绑定用户的身份不对了
