Job Responsibility for BPMS Developer:
• Good team player
• Analyzing requirements, identifying data and developing BPM solutions using webMethods
• Adhere to Architecture, Standards and Guidelines for BPMS
• Participate and Support appropriate test phases
• Monitoring, Optimizing and Capacity Planning for BPMS
• Configuration Control
• Prepare documentation as required as part of a standard project life cycle
• Meet the tight project delivery timelines
• Able to solve complex requirements and issues
Qualifications & Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in BPM, among which 3+ years development experience on webMethods
• webMethods BPM Certified. Preferably certified on other facets of webMethods like Integration Server and CAF
• 2 to 3 years experience on Java and J2EE
• Working experience with any RDBMS (Preferably Oracle / Sybase) on Linux/Unix platform.
• SQL scripting and logical database design experience
• Working experience with MQ Series.
• Prior exposure to work on BPM projects in the Banking & Financial Services Vertical would be an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Local language (Chinese)
