大家好，汇丰集团在广州设立了一个人数大约是3000人左右的软件开发中心，汇丰软件，负责汇丰银行在全球的IT业务。现在正在招聘AS400方面开发和管理方面的人才，同时各种开发方面的人才也大量需要。如大家有兴趣考虑换一个工作环境或了解相关信息，请站内短信给我。

HSBC Software Development (Guangdong) Limited (HSDC) in Guangzhou is responsible for the successful delivery of IT systems and software to support the banking operations of the HSBC Group globally.

Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer-AS400
Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise, monitor and participate in the development, maintenance and implementation of computer systems so as to maximize the quality and operational efficiency.

2. Support the Group operational systems by identifying new system opportunities and proposing enhancements to existing computer systems.

3. Manage the development of the subordinates and enable them to maximize their capabilities by planning their career progression and making training recommendations.
Requirements:

1. Has at least 1 year experience in managing and developing computer applications, database, programming/administration, AS400 (RPG), RPGLE, CLP.

2. Good command of written and oral English.3. Bachelor degree or above

Software Engineering Team Leader-AS400
Job Responsibilities:
1. Leading a small team of SE/SSE working closely on design of new/revised computer systems by studying existing systems, analyzing user requirements and specifying new/enhanced system components, and writing/amending programs according to specifications.
2. Ensure effective installation of computer systems by participating in the testing and conversion procedure.
3. Provide technical support to IT staff and other Bank departments.

Candidate Specifications:
1. Good command of written and oral English.
2. At least 6 years of solid AS400 IT experience and at least 2 years at project management level.
3. With vast exposure in bank, finance or business environment, or with academic qualification.
4. Strong communicational and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

? Develop and Review the technical design.
? Ensure proper project communication and coordination among team members.

To be successful, you should meet the following requirements:
? Ideally have 1 to 2 years’ experiences in supporting and developing DB2,Unix Shell Scripting
? Bachelor degree in IT related major.

? Strong Database Knowlegde is required as the Business Logic needs to be converted into SQL.
