标题: winxp 下安装 adb 的 USB 驱动
想在winxp下通过USB进行设备级的ADB调试。发现驱动不能安装。一直是处于 unknown device 状态。

1. 下载驱动
http://dl.google.com/android/
android_usb_windows.zip
2. 改写其中的 inf 文件为 dos格式。

regedit 删除注册表中 eec5ad98-8080-425f-922a-dabf3de3f69a 的项。

重新安装驱动。

as follows: Control Panel > System > Hardware
> Device Manager > and somewhere in the list was my Android device with big yellow
question mark (suggesting its status, I guess). Right clicking there showed me a pop-
up window where I could choose Update, which finally worked.

解释：
There are two issues with the windows usb driver for the G1:
1) The line endings in android_usb.inf are unix-style, not windows-style.
2) The device class GUID the .inf file is wrong.
