                突然用了才发现自己不知道，原来四个环境变量就搞定了
export HTTP_PROXY=http://username:password@proxy.server:8080
export http_proxy=http://username:password@proxy.server:8080
export FTP_PROXY=http://username:password@proxy.server:8080
export ftp_proxy=http://username:password@proxy.server:8080
