xinetd won't start.
I got those errors.
# rcxinetd start
Starting INET services. (xinetd) failed
# rcxinetd status
Checking for service xinetd: unused
and i cannot start xinetd in Yast Controll Panel.

因為 xinetd 內沒有任何服務為 disable = no, 所以 xinetd 當然啟動失敗
