标题: 到novell主页下载软件提示错误，有没有下载成功的 [打印本页]

标题: 到novell主页下载软件提示错误，有没有下载成功的
我系统上装了自带的视频播放器跟语音播放器，都无法播放多媒体文件。
然后在国内下载多媒体播放工具xmms ,mplayer,xine，在安装的时候，不是这里说缺少什么文件，就是那里有问题。可我系统是明明装上它们提示错误那些东西了。

然后确实解决不了，我就到novell官方网去下载。
我注册了一个号，然后找到所需的软件，但点击：proceed to download

错误提示：Error: we are unable to complete the download at this time. Please try submitting your download request again or try again later.

You do not have the correct privileges to download the file.

无论是下载xine ,mplay,不是xmms,都出现上面的提示
请问有哪个兄弟到过novell主页下载过软件的，有没有出现上面的提示？
