系统以前没有telnet,找到rpm包，安装完毕之后
service telnet start
找不到这个服务，提示
the telnet server serves telnet sessions; item user unencrypted unsername/password pairs for authentication

xinetd is required for this service

修改/etc/xinetd.d/telnet 把disable = no
then service xinetd restart

因为telnet  是由xinetd 启动的！！！

谢谢，把disable改成no了，
xinetd也重起了，
可是service telnet start还是不可以

用chkconfig命令查看一下或启动
