ROLE: BPMS & ETL Technical Analyst
REPORTS TO: BPMS & ETL Program Infrastructure Lead
DEPARTMENT/DIVISION: WB Projects – Markets
LOCATION: Tianjin
TERMS: Permanent
SCOPE OF ROLE:
• This role will involve technical platform support activities on multiple projects using Datastage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/CHALLENGES:
• Install/configure Datastage platform across multiple environments (Dev, SIT, UAT, Perf Test) for multiple concurrent projects
• Perform code deployments to support build and test activities
• Provide environment support and maintenance to ensure application availability/stability for development and test activities
SELECTION CRITERIA:
• Datastage administration and environment support experience (5+yrs)
• Datastage deployment and configuration experience (5+yrs)
• Knowledge of SOA, JMS messaging, MQ series a plus
• Unix / RHEL Administration & shell scripting experience (3+yrs)
• Environment sizing & capacity planning
• Server technologies & design
• Storage technologies & design
• Network technologies & design
• DB technologies & design
• Proactive attitude to learn environment, develop skills, and identify continuous improvement opportunities to stabilize system and improve processes
• Analytical ability and logical problem solving approach
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
• Detail oriented
• Effective language and communication ability (English / Mandarin)
• Prior exposure to work on projects in the Banking & Financial Services Vertical would be an added advantage
