使用的话还没有出现什么问题，不知什么意思？？？？

标题: 各位大侠，一个连接数据库时的报错，不知什么意思？
这个属性并不影响sql*plus的使用，只是没有这个表，这个表的建立脚本在
$ORACLE_HOME/sqlplus/admin/pupbld.sql
里，及提示中的sql中，
改表主要是限制用户的权限的
