redhat 9下
gcc 3.3.2 已编译通过
运行一软件有如下错误提示：

**ERROR** Opening help file.  Check that enviroment variable HELP_DIR points to
      directory with help files.
IOSTAT error 101 occurred opening
/home/gamit/helpgapr_to_l.hlp
in gapr_to_l/Year

PROGRAM gapr_to_l/Year terminating

请教高手这是什么问题，怎么解决，万分感谢！！！
