From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:

10.4.4 403 Forbidden

The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it. Authorization will not help and the request SHOULD NOT be repeated. If the request method was not HEAD and the server wishes to make public why the request has not been fulfilled, it SHOULD describe the reason for the refusal in the entity. This status code is commonly used when the server does not wish to reveal exactly why the request has been refused, or when no other response is applicable.

多谢死兄弟！不过上不去啊输入账户和口令就是这了是不是必须partner账户才行？？？

这个的账号要与公司账号绑定，而且公司是需要是partner

Google上貌似有handbook的BT种子，但不知道能否下~

需要partner账户就很恶心了，handbook我有4.3的版本，就是觉得在自己电脑上使用不方便，随时想在线使用。
不行就只有自己搭建个Http，只要工作环境中随时能局域网在线使用就行了。

这个是官方的，需要免费注册一个帐号。

自己注册的账户不行的，需要oracle认证代理商的partner账户才行
