主要职责：
The person will be responsible for hiring high caliber engineers, integrating and leading them to successful implementation of Station Controller (SC) automation systems to support Intel Chengdu Site startup and subsequently building his/her team to provide on call 24x7 support for applications which support manufacturing operation. The person also will be responsible for performance management, training, budgeting, expense control and reporting of his functional group. Work closely with his/her manager, peers and counterparts other Intel Sites to define policy and procedure to achieve operation excellence and successful new factory startup. Ensure solutions & operation delivered meeting customer needs, financial and quality goals.
教育背景：
BSc or Masters in Computer Science or Engineering in general with minimum 5 years working experience in IT/Automation role.
专业能力：
Knowledge in IT/Automation Machine Controller systems is preferred. Experience in manufacturing and customer service will be an added advantage. Has strong passion for operation excellence and delivering customer solutions. Is a strong people manager, with good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with customers, managers and employees.
