Network Support Ananlyst (1)
Reporting to the TSG Team Leader / TSG Manager, this role forms part of the Technical Support Group, responsible for the day-to-day network and IT needs of SSS. The team’s responsibilities include desktop and laptop support, software installation and configuration, application support as well as supporting email, file, print and web servers and support of the companies global network infrastructure.
Job requirement:
· Bachelors degree or higher in computer related studies
· Excellent spoken and written English
· 2 years+ working experience, using Linux and Cisco
· 2 years support working experience
