重新使资源配置文件rc.conf,inetd.conf等生效的最好方法是...?

i don't how to 重新使资源配置文件with file rc.conf,inetd.conf, i just know stop the unuse service with a #(comment) to inetd.conf, and stop it in rc.conf...maybe compile a new kernel for you FreeBSD box will have a good performance..

ps -aux | grep xxx
pkill -HUP xxx(name)
