FTP script

I have 2 servers running AIX on each i Have the following

rs1:/archive1#  ls -al

rs2:/archive2#  ls -al

I want to write a script file in Korn shell
using ftp to transfer a files under /archive1 & /arachive2
to another unix system FreeBSD to a folder /archive
under ftp an ftp account password.

in case the files already exist on the FTP servers
should escape the transfer,but if its not, should be transfered
